Any conflict in this world begins with a person and ends again with a person, therefore the negative tendencies of the conflict must be corrected by working with a person. One of the priority strategic tasks of educational organizations is the use of approaches to education based on humanistic and traditional methods of conflict management, aimed at overcoming the criminalization of the younger generation, preventing juvenile delinquency, including the child’s family and wider social environment in solving his possible problems, forming in teenage communities of leaders who carry positive values, as well as the active use of forms of group work with parent and child communities, prevention and resolution of ethno-confessional and intercultural conflicts in children and adolescents. One of the key tools for implementing this educational strategy is the introduction of the principles of mediation into the educational space, informing the teaching staff of educational organizations about the possibilities of restorative technologies and mediation in the educational process, the introduction of mediation into the educational activities of educational organizations, by developing the appropriate competencies of the teaching staff; using the resource of school mediation services.
